Please read the following terms of use and disclaimer carefully before using this website (“Site”). This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and Wine Village Anson, which outlines the terms and conditions under which you may use the Site and receive the Wine Village Anson service, including processing and delivery of product orders (the “Wine Village Anson Service”). Your use of the Wine Village Anson Service and the Site constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree with all terms and conditions, please do not use the Site or the Wine Village Anson Service.
Shipping & Delivery
For delivery fees, please refer to the Delivery and shipping policy.Credit Card Payment
Your credit card will be charged on the day your order is placed. We will authorize your card for 100% of the total order amount. Wine Village Anson will not process orders using incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit cards and will make best efforts to contact you if this occurs. However, if such an order is processed, Wine Village Anson reserves the right to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed. Failure to pay any fees when due may result in order cancellation. You are responsible for any fees incurred by Wine Village Anson in its efforts to collect unpaid balances.
Limitation of Liability
Wine Village Anson’s liability is limited to providing a refund for any returned products. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Wine Village Anson Service and terminate this Agreement. Wine Village Anson reserves the right to limit your order or the quantity of specific products ordered. In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and remains in force until terminated. Wine Village Anson may suspend or terminate this Agreement or Service at any time for any reason without notice. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by delivering notice as outlined below, effective upon receipt or as specified in your notice.

This Agreement is governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes must be brought within one year of their occurrence.
Amendments
Wine Village Anson may amend this Agreement at any time by posting updated terms on this Site. All amended terms are effective seven days after posting. By continuing to use this Site after amendments, you agree to abide by these changes.
