Shipping is carried out only on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.

To receive delivery, you must reside at a residential address, corporate address, or home. You (or an authorized representative of legal age) must be present to accept your order during the selected delivery window. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the order is presumed authorized to accept it.
In cases of inclement weather or unforeseen complications, we may need to adjust our delivery schedule, which could affect your chosen delivery times. In the event of significant delays, a customer service representative may contact you to inform you of the status of your delivery.
