Return and Refund Policy

At Wine Village Anson, we guarantee that all our products are genuine. As such, we do not accept refunds or returns on products sold. We advise you to carefully review your selections before completing your payment. Any opened or consumed products are considered sold and are strictly not eligible for return or refund.

Exceptions for Return Requests

We may entertain return requests only under the following circumstances:-
  • The items were damaged during transit before arriving at your doorstep.
  • The items you received do not match the descriptions of your order.
  • If the items are damaged, a video proof of unboxing must be provided when requesting a refund or return.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to a lack of available stock, you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Our sales representative will contact you via mobile within 2 working days after placing your order.

Return Request Timeline

You can raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our operations team will investigate and provide an update on your request status within 2 working days. You will be notified via your registered email. We may contact you for further arrangements if necessary.

Return & Replacement Disclaimer

  • We will arrange a third-party courier service to collect the returned products from you. The pickup point will be based on the address on your invoice.
  • Pickup will occur only once, and you will receive a notification in advance to confirm the pickup time, which is typically between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
  • You are responsible for ensuring someone is available for the pickup.

Important Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. For example, if an item consists of multiple bottles, all bottles must be returned together.
  • Please note that the refund transfer period may vary depending on several factors, including the payment method used and bank operation hours. Allow 3 to 14 business days for the refund process.

Customer Responsibility

Please understand that while we take every precaution, we cannot be held liable for any damages sustained to items during transit. Exercise caution during packaging and delivery, as items may be affected by heat and sunlight exposure.

Wine Village Anson is responsible for the cost of returning items to our facility. However, if you miss the pickup, you will need to return the products yourself. In this case, you are solely responsible for the condition and safety of the products during transit. Any damages incurred during this process.
